We are seeking a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic with experience in foundry and furnace operations to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose failures, and fabricate/adjust components.

We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician/Mechanic** familiar with foundry and furnace operations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on furnaces, thermal equipment, and blacksmithing machinery.
* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
* Inspect combustion systems, burners, and temperature controls.
* Support reduction of unplanned downtime and ensure operational continuity.
* Fabricate and adjust tooling components ensuring **dimensional accuracy and required finishes**.
* Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on assigned tooling.
* Operate conventional equipment proficiently, including **lathes, milling machines, grinders, sharpening machines, welding equipment, drills, and angle grinders**.
* Carry out **repairs, modifications, and adaptations** to tooling to extend its service life.
* Support **installation and testing** of tooling on production lines.
* Propose **process improvements** and design adjustments when required.
* Verify machined parts against **engineering drawings and technical instructions** using measuring instruments (micrometer, vernier caliper, height gauge, etc.).
* Prepare **daily work reports**.
* Maintain the work area, machines, and tools in **optimal condition**, ensuring order and cleanliness.
* Strictly comply with **industrial safety standards** and environmental protection guidelines.
