High sense of responsibility, organization, and confidentiality An industrial-sector company seeks to integrate into its team a candidate with administrative and financial experience, focused on operational control, departmental organization, and timely tracking of key processes. **Position Objective** Ensure proper administration and control of the company’s financial and administrative operations, maintaining order, tracking, and reliability in processes such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, online banking, reconciliations, and invoicing. **Main Responsibilities** * Administration and control of financial resources * Tracking of accounts payable and accounts receivable * Validation of deposits, transfers, and bank transactions * Bank reconciliations and account funding control * Payroll calculation and disbursement * Invoicing and tracking of administrative documentation * Support on accounting and tax matters * Preparation and control of administrative reports for management * Timely tracking of internal departmental processes **Essential Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * Experience in payroll, online banking, and basic accounting * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Experience in administrative and financial control * High sense of responsibility, organization, and confidentiality * Service-oriented attitude and willingness to engage in operational activities * Availability for full-time, on-site work * Flexible schedule, including availability for at least one Saturday per month **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable * Knowledge of VAT (IVA) * Experience handling invoices from foreign suppliers * Experience managing transactions involving different exchange rates * Basic conversational English **We Offer** * Total monthly salary of **$23,000** * Productivity bonus * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus * Statutory benefits * Major medical expense insurance with employer support * Life insurance * Uniforms * Training **Work Location** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. With availability for at least one Saturday per month Salary: $17,000.00 – $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
