**ÉLISE BISTRÓ** Area: Service / Operations Reports to: Waiter UPCOMING OPENING / NEW PROJECT **Job Objective:** Deliver a gastronomic experience with exceptional hospitality to guests through professional, attentive, empathetic, and personalized service, ensuring adherence to quality, hospitality, and protocol standards inherent to a fine-casual restaurant. **Education and Experience** ● Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in international cuisine restaurants and/or wine sales. ● Culinary, hospitality, or service training preferred (not mandatory). ● Basic knowledge of wines, beer, and classic cocktails. **Technical Knowledge** ● Service protocol. ● Service timing and sequences. ● Order management (manual or POS system: familiarity with Soft Restaurant or One Soft). ● Basic food-and-wine pairing knowledge. ● Food hygiene and handling regulations. **Personal Profile** ● Impeccable appearance. ● Courteous, respectful, and empathetic demeanor. ● Proactivity and anticipatory ability. ● Genuine interest in gastronomy and service. **Job Specifications** ● Schedule: 3 PM\- 1 AM (10 hrs) / Restaurant closes at 12:00 AM ● Workdays: Tuesday to Sunday ● Includes staff meal ● Inventory management for the service area; placing orders for cleaning supplies; assisting with warehouse cleaning and organization.
