Applies ABA methodology and visual communication systems School Accompaniment Monitor (Shadow) \- ASD Level 3 Location: Guadalajara area, near San Jacinto station Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (20 hours per week) Salary: $6,500 \- $9,500 MXN monthly (based on experience and qualifications) Job Description We are looking for a professional in Pedagogy, Psychology, or Special Education to serve as a monitor for a 5-year-old child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 3\). The primary objective is to facilitate the child's school inclusion, regulate behavior, and foster functional communication within the classroom. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree or internship in Pedagogy, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. * Knowledge: Proficiency in ABA methodology and visual communication systems (e.g., pictograms). * Skills: Ability to respond effectively to frustration-related behaviors, patience, and focus on developing autonomy (hygiene and feeding). * \*Preferred: \*Prior experience as a school "shadow" monitor.
