




Position Summary: We are seeking an Academic and School Records Coordinator to manage academic procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of academic procedures and reports submitted to SEP and SICYT. 2. Participation in internal audits of campuses and follow-up on administrative matters. 3. Development of curriculum maps and management of teaching staff roster. **Join our team at URA!** We are looking for an **Academic and School Records Coordinator** to support the management and tracking of academic procedures. **Responsibilities:** * **Federal Inspection and Oversight** * Preparation and submission of reports to SEP, Forms 4, 8, and 9\. * Validation of original documents issued by SEP and SICYT. * Processing of Statistics (911\). * Internal Audits of Campuses. * Follow-up on procedures with Administrators (Gestión México). * Management of new RVOEs. * Curriculum maps, teaching staff roster, and legal file. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree. * Experience in academic affairs and school records management. * Familiarity with SISRVOE and CIHFRS platforms. * Proficiency in computer applications and database management. * Teaching staff roster management. * Teamwork and proactivity. * Organizational skills and ability to track tasks.
