Job Summary: Protect company assets and employees by maintaining a secure environment, investigating incidents, and performing security patrols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain a safe and secure environment for assets and employees 2. Respond to signs of crime or disorder and investigate incidents 3. Conduct surveillance, access control, and monitoring of security systems **Objective:** Contribute to ensuring the company maintains a secure environment within its internal facilities, while adhering to the company's established guidelines. **Requirements:** * Secondary or high school education. * 1 to 3 years of verifiable work experience (employment letters). * Must reside in Tlaquepaque or nearby areas. * Work location: Camino a Santa Cruz del Valle 121, Colonia Valle de la Misericordia, Tlaquepaque. * Availability to rotate 12-hour shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Protect company assets and employees by maintaining a safe and secure environment. * Respond to signs of crime or disorder and investigate incidents. * Maintain logbook records. * Report any suspicious incident in detail. * Conduct random or periodic patrols of the building and perimeter. * Supervise and control access at building entrances and vehicle entry points. * Monitor alarm systems or video cameras and operate detection and emergency equipment. * Knowledge of first aid and evacuation procedures. **Required Experience:** * Demonstrable experience as a security guard or in a related position. * Ability to operate detection systems and emergency equipment. * Excellent knowledge of protocols and procedures for asset protection and security. * Surveillance skills and attention to detail. * Integrity and professionalism. * Personnel access control. **We Offer:** * Monthly pre-tax salary of $13,030.00 * Monthly food vouchers amounting to 10% of salary. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Life insurance. * Statutory benefits.
