Production Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise production operations, coordinate activities, ensure equipment maintenance, and implement safety procedures in a furniture manufacturing plant. Key Highlights: 1. Production operations supervision and optimization. 2. Interdepartmental coordination to resolve issues. 3. Machinery maintenance and occupational safety implementation. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related field * Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment * Responsible, hardworking, proactive. • Personnel management skills * One year of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry. * Easy access to Av. Los Maestros and Av. Enrique Díaz de León **Responsibilities:** • * Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely goods production. * Monitor production schedules and adjust them as necessary to meet customer demand. * Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise. * Ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning correctly to prevent downtime and production delays. * Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials required for production. * Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. * Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and apply strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. **We Offer:** Weekly pay \+ bonuses \+ overtime Statutory benefits. Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30 hrs. Availability on Saturdays.
