Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production-area machinery and all plant-area equipment, ensuring optimal functionality for production tasks and general plant operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery (misalignments, general mechanical operation, blade replacement), maintaining it in optimal operating condition. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for general plant facilities (lighting, electrical installations, adjustments, etc.). * Support maintenance activities for fleet vehicles and forklifts when required. * Participate in safety and hygiene prevention brigades and programs established by the Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Participate in training programs scheduled by the Human Capital Department that contribute to your professional development and performance within the organization. * Participate in the continuous improvement process by applying tools designated by the company to support its implementation. * Participate in the execution and monitoring of the 5S methodology within your area. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Completed high school diploma. * Mechanical/electrical technician or incomplete industrial mechanical engineering degree (or related field). * Experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of electricity and welding (preferred). * Knowledge of preventive maintenance for presses (desirable but not mandatory). ***BENEFITS*** Savings Fund: 3% Salary Increase Upon Plant Certification Grocery Vouchers Vacation Bonus: 25% Life Insurance Subsidized IMSS Contributions Thirteenth Salary: 17 days Punctuality Bonus Productivity Bonus Monday to Saturday Col.
