We are seeking:** **Delivery Coordinator – Operational | Guadalajara Area** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: completed high school. * 1 year of field supervision experience, preferably in direct distribution within the retail channel, delivery, or logistics departments. * Understanding of store operations. * Application of route-strategy planning. * Valid driver’s license. **✅ RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure follow-up on action plans and delivery performance indicators. * Ensure delivery personnel execute activities in accordance with defined processes and work methods. * Guarantee accurate, timely, complete, and quality deliveries, adhering to required standards. * Ensure routes are completed and daily sales are settled in cash at the end of operations. * Maintain healthy personnel management indicators (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, disabilities, labor claims, etc.). * Develop the potential of the team under your supervision by providing tools that facilitate effective task execution. * Monitor routes and the status of critical routes. * Coordinate with the commercial team to address rejections occurring in the field.
