Actively collaborates with surgeons and medical staff. **Seeking Top Talent for: Service Technician (Tracheostomy)** **Position Overview:** Provide necessary technical assistance for the optimal use of medical equipment, accessories, instruments, and consumables in medical units, as well as administrative processes to ensure contract-compliant billing and documentation. * 1\.Review the daily schedule to prepare supplies, equipment, and instruments for surgeries scheduled for the following day. * 2\.Ensure equipment, accessories, consumables, endoscopic instruments, and sterile surgical instruments required and contracted for each procedure are ready 30 minutes prior to each procedure. * 3\.Actively monitor optimal operation of the aforementioned items and provide technical assistance to the surgeon regarding supply provision during the procedure to deliver high-quality service. * 4\.Clean the surgical instrument set after each procedure to mitigate health risks. * 5\.Safeguard equipment, accessories, instruments, and consumables in the space designated by the hospital to protect company assets. * 6\.Prepare electronic and physical records based on supplies used, and collect the attending physician’s original signature upon completion of each procedure to ensure service delivery compliance. * 7\.Generate a monthly report on procedures and consumables aligned with the institute’s billing cycle to provide timely and accurate information for decision-making. * 8\.Maintain updated inventory records of supplies to track inflows and outflows. * 9\.Timely request material replenishment to ensure operational continuity. * 10\.Execute corresponding routines within the service delivery process to ensure contractual and procedural compliance. **Requirements:** * **Academic Background:** Nursing studies * **Knowledge:** Medical instruments, medical equipment operation, hospital operations. * **Work Experience:** Medical area activities, high-specialty procedures, comprehensive services. * **Work Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.** **At Vitalmex, we do not discriminate based on race, religion, sexual orientation, physical condition, health status, socioeconomic background, or any other grounds as stipulated under the LFPED law.
