RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS * Verify that production lines under your supervision are operated only by certified personnel or those undergoing formal training. * Notify your supervisor immediately upon identifying operators performing tasks without having completed the required training process, and provide suggestions regarding alternative staffing arrangements during your shift. * Inform personnel about the commencement of their training process; issue an identification badge indicating their status as trainees; deliver critical job-specific orientation; and provide the corresponding training guide. * Monitor training progress for operators currently performing tasks without certification during your shift, prioritizing newly hired staff and open training processes within your shift. * Coordinate and schedule required operator certifications and recertifications according to work standards. * Maintain weekly and monthly databases tracking all certifications and recertifications conducted during your shift. * Keep operator certification badges up to date. * Develop courses, workshops, manuals, and instructional materials using instructional design principles for both operational and administrative departments. * Update operational staff training records regularly. * Deliver orientation, training, and skill-development sessions to operational staff. * Provide feedback on processes and operations to staff to improve operational quality, and implement necessary process changes when required. * Verify that production operators comply with relevant documentation (PC, IOV, IO, AV, PP, etc.) for assigned operations. * Ensure operational staff are fully aware of all documentation applicable to their assigned tasks. * Deliver necessary courses, trainings, skill-development sessions, awareness sessions, and feedback sessions. * Monitor and ensure compliance with the monthly and annual training plans. * Participate in Quality Circle meetings. * Comply with the Technical Trainer’s work standard. * Monitor implementation of the response plan outlined in the Operational Training and Certification Procedure. * Ensure trainees wear their designated trainee badge while performing any operation for which they are not yet certified. * Maintain up-to-date training guides and certification exams. * Maintain current certification matrices for operational staff. * Perform other duties as assigned.
