Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced self-service Store Manager to lead a team, manage operations, and maintain business profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Maintains store profitability and image. **WE ARE SEEKING** * **STORE MANAGERS** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to rotate shifts * Experience in self-service retail * Prior experience holding a similar managerial position in retail stores **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Maintain a productive workforce focused on delivering positive shopping experiences to customers. · Manage staff by scheduling opening and closing shifts to ensure full store coverage. · Manage inventory, conduct cycle counts, and control shrinkage. · Monitor cash flow, perform cash audits, make deposits, and handle fund transfers. · Maintain sales floor appearance, including product labeling, display, promotions, and customer service. · Maintain store profitability through expense control and profit management. · Receive merchandise from the distribution center. **WE OFFER** * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Monthly bonus based on sales/inventory/turnover Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discount * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
