Job Summary The Quality Technician will be located in Guadalajara NORTE. Here are some examples of activities you will perform:* Report yield and track defect trend. * Create, update, and track documentation including bulletins, MPIs, and forms. * Execute and track line stops with technical team. * Perform root cause analysis. * Audit quality control programs. Essential skills for this role:* Technical degree or related engineering field. * Experience as a Quality Technician. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to work Shift 3\. * Product inspections. * Interpretation of 2D drawings. * Knowledge of cosmetic criteria. * Use of measurement tools (caliper, goniometer, vernier, etc.). * Line metrics management (rolled yield). * Knowledge of PFMEA, QCP. * Root cause analysis (5W, Ishikawa, 6M, brainstorming), Lean, 5S, 8D. * Knowledge of PFMEA and CP.
