Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking to hire a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, South Campus. Reporting to the Production Manager, responsible for managing a production line by properly utilizing human resources, materials, machinery, and time to ensure correct execution of production plans. A typical day at work:* Monitor daily production plan. * Manage and develop personnel under supervision. * End-to-end process ownership. * Bottleneck analysis \& 8Ds. * Hourly performance tracking. * Work order closing. Experience we seek to add to our team:* Engineering background or related experience. * Knowledge of SMT, PTH, and Backend processes. * Experience in electronic manufacturing. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Mandatory availability for 3rd shift schedule. * Leadership skills.
