Job Summary To support our exceptional teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking to hire a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, Campus Norte. Reporting to the Director, Operations, responsible for managing a production line, ensuring proper use of human, material, machinery, and time resources for correct execution of production plans. A typical day at work:* Monitor daily production plan. * Manage and develop personnel under supervision. * Responsible for End-to-End process. * Bottleneck analysis. * Hourly schedule adherence. * Work order closing. * Leadership and communication skills. * Effective operational problem analysis and resolution. * Time studies and line balancing. * Workday review and personnel incident tracking. * Management and follow-up on escalation Pats. Experience we seek to add to our team:* Completed engineering degree or bachelor's degree. * Experience in low- and high-volume production. * Experience in SMT (mandatory). * Experience in electronics manufacturing. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Familiarity with production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * Personnel management experience. * ERP knowledge (Workday and KRONOS) is a plus. * Proactivity and initiative for continuous improvement. * Industrial safety knowledge. * Knowledge of work order (WO) closing. * 5S.
