Leads and coordinates operational activities in the manufacturing process to achieve production goals in accordance with cost, quality, and delivery requirements. **What a typical day looks like:** * Responsible for operating an area covering the end-to-end manufacturing process. * Manage and develop personnel under supervision (managers and supervisors). * Review and establish area needs and resources. * Coordinate production activities with other functional groups such as planning, production control, and engineering. * Responsible for controlling manufacturing operations and integration, and ensuring achievement of quality and cost objectives. * Responsible for implementing metrics and KPIs related to the area. * Review budgets and schedules required by management. * Regulate relationships with executives and/or key customers to maintain those relationships. * Resolve contentious situations, negotiate with internal customers, influence decision-making, and demonstrate persuasive ability at executive levels to achieve plant objectives. **Experience we seek to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree completed. * Knowledge of metalworking processes (punching, bending, welding, etc.). * Strong communication skills. * Leadership skills. * Experience in personnel management. * ERP knowledge (Baan) is a plus. * Intermediate English. **What you’ll receive for your outstanding work:** * Competitive salary. * Life insurance and GMM insurance. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Meal vouchers. * Savings fund.
