Comprehensive management of service units and equipment **Gym chain seeks: Operational Manager Position Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the overall operation of clubs, ensuring process standardization, compliance with administrative and operational KPIs, customer service quality, and efficient resource utilization—contributing to sustainable growth and organizational profitability. **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **$25,000** * Food vouchers: **$2,000 monthly** * Gasoline allowance: **$2,000 monthly** * Monthly bonus starting from the 6th month: **$3,000** *(based on operational performance and customer satisfaction)* * Statutory benefits * Gym memberships (3\) valued at approximately $2,000 each * Indefinite-term employment contract * Strategically positioned newly created role **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and improve club organizational structure * Integrate and standardize operational processes * Update customer service procedures * Develop and monitor administrative and operational KPIs * Supervise execution of authorized processes * Conduct branch visits for operational and image evaluation * Plan logistical and operational strategies * Supervise club management system * Plan and execute events * Implement and update operational manuals * Supervise and train Branch Managers * Manage procurement and operational resources * Coordinate administrative actions with Human Resources * Resolve operational issues with staff and members **Requirements** * Completed and certified bachelor’s degree in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field * Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration Age: 30–40 years * Proven experience in operational management of service units or branches * Experience leading teams (approx. 9 people) * Proficiency in KPI management and continuous improvement * Experience in customer service * Planning, organization, and leadership skills * Intermediate English (50% reading proficiency, basic writing) * Valid driver’s license * Ability to drive a standard vehicle * Personal vehicle required * Willingness to travel frequently **Working Hours** Administrative schedule with flexibility to travel and attend events as required. **Location** Corporate office in Guadalajara, Jalisco Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Gym access * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
