Full ownership of operational production **Field Producer / Audiovisual Fixer (Creative-Logistical Hybrid)** **Are you the person who makes things happen on set?** We are looking for a Producer/Fixer with "teeth" in the field, aesthetic vision, and exceptional ability to manage projects from start to finish. We do not seek someone who merely follows instructions, but rather a production owner who contributes creative solutions and maintains control under pressure. **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** $25,000 monthly, based on experience. * **Dynamic Projects:** Forget routine; each shoot presents a unique challenge. * **Work Culture:** Space for applied creativity and operational autonomy. * **Location:** Providencia area **What will you do with us?** Your mission will be **full ownership of operational production**. You will serve as the bridge between the director's vision and real-world execution. * **360° Management:** From location scouting and permit negotiations to full logistics (transportation, catering, setup). * **Audiovisual Production Oversight:** Project budget management, shooting schedules (Scrum/Project Management), and staff/extra coordination. * **Aesthetic Vision:** Supervision of art direction, props, and staging in support of the Director of Photography. * **On-Set Problem Solving:** Resolve last-minute unforeseen issues with creativity and leadership. * **Key Relationships:** Negotiation with vendors, sponsor brands, and special guest handling. **Ideal Profile** * **Experience:** 3–5 years of verifiable audiovisual production experience (agency, production house, or freelance). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Audiovisual Production, or related fields (we value your hands-on experience and continuing education workshops more than formal credentials). * **Mindset:** Proactive and autonomous. If you spot a problem, you bring the solution before anyone else notices. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in project management tools, budgeting, and time control. * **Soft Skills:** Operational leadership, excellent interpersonal skills across diverse groups (from technicians to clients), and high tolerance for pressure during long shoots. **Desirable Requirements** * Prior experience working with brand integrations or sponsorships. * Basic knowledge of art direction or set design. * Project Management courses (PMP, Scrum, or similar). **If you’re the type who says “I’ll handle it” — and have the organization to back it up — we want to meet you.** Application Instructions: Apply through this channel by attaching your CV and, if possible, a portfolio or list of projects you’ve participated in as Producer/Fixer.
