Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor for the pouching area with experience in flexible polyethylene packaging conversion, team leadership, and technical knowledge of pouching machines to ensure production quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience in converting flexible polyethylene packaging 2. Knowledge of HACCP / ISO 9001 / GMP certifications 3. Leadership and contingency resolution skills ***WE ARE HIRING A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR THE POUCHING AREA*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering degree, technical diploma, or related field. **Minimum 1 year of experience in flexible polyethylene packaging conversion (MANDATORY)** * Knowledge of HACCP / ISO 9001 / GMP certifications * Personnel management and administration (vacations/leaves) * Payroll preparation and personnel incident tracking knowledge * Technical knowledge of pouching machines * Availability to work rotating shifts * Leadership skills for work teams, goal achievement, communication, and feedback * Preparation of production reports * Support in adjusting pouching machines * Supervision of seal quality, measurement accuracy, and packaging print quality * Prevention of unnecessary production stoppages * Follow-up on preventive maintenance programs * Preparation of material requisitions * Attendance recordkeeping for payroll processing * Contingency resolution **WE OFFER** * Weekly salary payment * Rotating 12-hour shifts * Transportation assistance * Statutory benefits * Productivity bonuses Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
