Digital Transformation Leader Responsibilities: * Execute and manage corporate projects focused on the company’s digital transformation, aligned with project and development methodologies * Identify Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses, and Threats within the company’s processes to drive transformation * Audit usability, alignment, and deviations between assigned area processes and tools * Gather and/or develop internal customer requirements, analyzing business impact, cost, benefits, timeline, solution alternatives, and interdepartmental relationships—ensuring alignment with company strategy * Develop high-level solution designs using a navigation map to visualize proposed solutions from a functional perspective * Develop and implement commercial strategies aimed at optimizing commercial flow and ensuring proper execution of the sales plan, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives, improved opportunity conversion, and effective results tracking We Offer: · ·Being part of a collaborative organization · ·Continuous challenges and learning · ·Sharing knowledge with top professionals · ·Development and growth · ·Benefits exceeding statutory requirements ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Systems, Administration, or related field * Residency in Guadalajara * Proficiency in commercial models and concepts (mandatory) * 3 years of experience in this role ### **Location (Hybrid)
