Job Summary: We are seeking a Pediatric Specialist Physician to provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients, focusing on growth and development monitoring, as well as diagnosis and treatment of acute clinical conditions with human warmth. Preventive approach and parental education on healthy habits. **Salary:** 12,666\.00 (MXN) per month Job Description: At AXA Keralty — a strategic alliance between AXA Salud and Keralty Mexico — we work to transform our patients’ healthcare experience through comprehensive, personalized, and high-quality medical care. **Job Objective** To deliver specialized medical care to pediatric patients, ensuring timely monitoring of growth and development (Healthy Child Check-up) and resolving acute clinical conditions using evidence-based practices and human warmth. **Key Responsibilities** * **Healthy Child Check-up:** Comprehensive monitoring of growth, psychomotor development, nutrition, and adherence to the vaccination schedule. * **Management of Acute Pathologies:** Diagnosis and treatment of common childhood illnesses (respiratory, gastrointestinal, dermatological, etc.). * **Preventive Approach:** Education for parents and caregivers on healthy habits and accident prevention. * **Clinical Follow-up:** Accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and coordination with other specialties when necessary. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Degree and License as Medical Surgeon; Degree and License in **Pediatrics** specialization. * Availability: 12 hours per week, morning or afternoon shift, to be agreed upon. * **Certification:** Valid certification from the Mexican Council for Certification in Pediatrics (mandatory). * **Experience:** Prior experience in outpatient clinics and primary care is desirable. * **Soft Skills:** * Assertive and empathetic communication with children and parents. * Problem-solving and critical thinking. * Service orientation and teamwork.
