Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate production area activities. Plan workloads and allocate resources (personnel, machinery, and materials). Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and quality standards. Coordinate with sales, design, and installation departments for proper project execution. Control production costs and optimize processes. Supervise appropriate use of materials and machinery. Implement continuous improvements in production processes. Manage the production team (operators, installers, etc.). Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Candidate Profile Education: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in similar positions. Experience managing production teams. Desirable experience in signage, printing, light manufacturing, or design projects.
