Position: Finished Product Sewing **Job Objective:** Perform complete garment assembly and execute required modifications, ensuring each piece complies with work program specifications and quality standards through proper application of sewing processes. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure complete garment assembly (shirts, blouses, and trousers). * Meet production targets in quantity and on schedule. * Perform alterations and modifications according to specifications. * Ensure correct placement of reflective tape and removal of labels. * Verify that alterations do not affect embroidery or other details. * Maintain quality standards for each garment. * Report material consumption (reflective tape). * Promptly report incidents or findings. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or junior high school certificate. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in complete garment production. * Proficiency in operating Overlock and Straight-stitch sewing machines. * Knowledge of measurement systems. **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary: $13,300 (before taxes) * Full statutory benefits. * Savings fund, 6.5% * Life insurance: $210,000 * SGMM (Mexican Social Security Institute registration) upon plant signing * Monthly productivity bonus of 25%. * Opportunities for growth and development. * Annual 90% tuition scholarship while employed with us. * Free psychological support during employment. * Seniority-based premium increase. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Working hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday Salary: Starting from $13,300.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible working hours * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
