SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description

Provide floor-level operational support in store activities by executing sales-related operational processes, merchandise stocking, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating to ensure proper compliance and achieve assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Stock merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in trucks, following applicable stocking guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper fronting and labeling to classify merchandise, and participate in store opening and closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure accurate merchandise placement and store presentation. * Provide customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing, thereby delivering excellent service reflected in counter sales closures; also handle customer phone calls to clarify questions about specific products or orders. * Correctly perform cash register transactions—including cash and card payments—and process returns in full compliance with AutoZone’s cash handling policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
