Quality Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking an Automotive OEM Quality Manager to lead quality management systems, coordinate audits, and manage quality metrics for OEM customers in Mexico. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the quality management system for OEM customers. 2. Coordinate IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 audits. 3. Supervise the quality team and continuous improvement. Requirements: "QUALITY MANAGER\-AUTOMOTIVE OEM" Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for support and follow-up across up to **5 plants located in different states of Mexico** * Lead and supervise the quality management system for OEM (original equipment manufacturers) customers. * Coordinate internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\). * Manage quality metrics, improvement plans, and corrective actions. * Address OEM customer requirements, complaints, and audits (e.g., GM, Ford, Toyota, VW, Nissan, Stellantis). * Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives at assigned plants. * Supervise plant-level quality teams. * Establish quality objectives and targets aligned with corporate strategy. .**Minimum Experience** * 8\+ years in quality management within the automotive industry. * 3\+ years in a leadership or managerial role. * Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers serving OEMs in Mexico. **Technical Knowledge** * Internal and OEM audits. * IATF 16949 / ISO 9001\. * APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC. * Nonconformance management and corrective actions. * Lean Manufacturing (desirable). **Languages** * Advanced Spanish (mandatory). * Intermediate/Advanced English (desirable). **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Effective communication with multiple stakeholders. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to travel frequently within Mexico. **We Offer** * Competitive salary \+ superior benefits.
