HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Job Objective: Comprehensively lead and manage the Human Resources department, ensuring a healthy work environment, legal compliance, and proper human capital management at all organizational levels. Will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising HR processes, guaranteeing timely payroll and social security payments. Proper implementation of internal policies and maintenance of the organizational structure according to company needs. - Labor management and legal compliance - Administration of organizational structure - Labor relations and internal communication - Coordinate and supervise asset security, nursing, cafeteria, and general services. - Monitor contracts, surveillance policies, and external services. - Administer planning, delivery, and control of PPE and uniforms in accordance with established guidelines. - Administer and optimize company benefits and perks.
