Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics and transportation professional to generate freight requisitions, reconcile supplier account statements, contact suppliers, and support billing and documentation activities within the department. We form a strong team and are looking for individuals eager to build long-term stability and professional development with us.*** **Main Responsibilities:** * Generate freight and/or departmental service requisitions. * Reconcile freight supplier account statements. * Contact suppliers. * Invoice customers and transfer goods to Monterrey and Mexico City warehouses. * Report and track shipments; enter shipping manifests. * Assist in document generation and archiving. * Support documentation, updating, and tracking of departmental processes with the SGC. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. * One year of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience with any ERP system (desirable). * Knowledge of logistics principles. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $15,000 MXN plus. * Punctuality bonus. * Attendance bonus. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Direct employment contract with the company.
