We are looking for personnel for the Human Resources area, focused on Organizational Development, Training, and support in Recruitment and Selection. The candidate joining the Human Resources team must demonstrate high responsibility, sound judgment to solve problems, a sense of urgency, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Coordinate training programs and employee follow-up. Identify training and development needs. Recruit and select operational and administrative staff. Coordinate induction and onboarding of new hires. Monitor evaluations, KPIs, and internal HR processes. Support internal communication and organizational follow-up. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. Experience in training, organizational development, and recruitment. Proficiency in recruitment sourcing. Proficiency in psychometric assessments. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
