Join our team at a leading food industry company We are looking for an Inventory Analyst Location: Technology Park Guadalajara (heading toward the shipyard sale) Requirements: Industrial Engineer (ideal) / Bachelor's degree or incomplete degree in Logistics, Administration, or Accounting 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse administrative areas Gender: Indifferent Advanced Excel skills Data analysis tools Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and other inventory management tools. Experience with Aspell, SAP Skills: Organization and data analysis Methodical approach Systematization of information and processes Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a dynamic environment Effective multitasking Analytical Attention to detail Critical thinking Sense of urgency Responsibilities - Supervise inventory control by updating databases, records, and management systems. - Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy between physical stock and records, resolving discrepancies. - Coordinate product receipt, storage, and distribution, ensuring efficient procedures and compliance with safety standards. - Monitor stock levels and perform projections to plan replenishment orders, avoiding both stockouts and excess inventory. - Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to align inventory activities with commercial needs. - Implement inventory optimization tools and processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure inventory control effectiveness. - Prepare inventory reports and analyses for management, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. - Continuously improve inventory processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. - Control and handling of returns, destructions, and physical adjustments. - Product rotation (expiration dates) We Offer Salary: MXN 15,000+ 6% punctuality bonus 6% attendance bonus MXN 1,260 food vouchers Life insurance Statutory benefits Biweekly payment Job stability Working hours: 08:30–18:00 Monday to Friday; Saturdays 08:30–14:00. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: Between 23 and 35 years Keywords: analyst
