Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead teams in PET washing and polypropylene pelletizing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinates corrective actions and maintenance **LEADING PLASTICS COMPANY IS SEEKING:** **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR / ROTATING SHIFT** **Requirements:** * Age 25–55 years * Educational background: **COMPLETED TECHNICAL DEGREE** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** * Experience managing personnel * Preferably experience in plastic recycling * **AVAILABILITY FOR ROTATING SHIFTS** **Responsibilities:** * Achieve the required quality objectives for PET washing and polypropylene pelletizing processes * Meet efficiency, quality, and finished product targets established for the shift according to the monthly plan * Ensure all production reports are completed accurately and submitted on time * Ensure quality forms for raw materials and finished products are completed correctly * Conduct line audits properly and implement corrective actions whenever necessary * Review contaminant types with the Quality Department and take action to eliminate them * Coordinate with forklift operators regarding batches to be fed and those already consumed during the shift * Visit the laboratory to monitor finished product quality and take necessary actions for any contaminants identified * Report leave requests, absences, tardiness, or vacation days to the Production Manager * Accurately complete attendance lists for the shift * Mediate among staff in case of conflicts or concerns * Review vacation schedules for subordinates with the Production Manager * Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for repairing equipment malfunctions or defects * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by production staff * Hand over the shift to the relief supervisor, emphasizing quality issues, personnel matters, and equipment malfunctions that occurred during the shift * Comply with instructions from Production Management and Production Leadership Interested candidates should apply via this channel with an updated CV.
