Location: Chapalita Knowledge: * General accounting, bank reconciliations, and account clean-up. * Solid experience in tax calculation, as well as preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns. * Must stay current on tax regulations, including recent changes to SAT provisions and applicable legislation. * Accounting software (e.g., Contpaq or similar), SUA, IDSE, plus submission and payment of federal, state, and Social Security obligations arising from payroll processing. * Proficient use of Excel and at least one accounting ERP system. Responsibilities: * Record and supervise daily accounting transactions. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Perform bank and account reconciliations. * Coordinate and prepare tax filings. * Maintain up-to-date accounting and financial records. * Prepare pre-payroll and biweekly payroll.
