Join our Guadalajara team and help build the next generation of intelligent, personalized auction experiences. **What you’ll do:** * Design, build, and optimize recommendation and learning-to-rank models. * Develop embeddings and classification models to improve item discovery and taxonomy. * Partner with Product, Engineering, and MLOps to deploy scalable ML solutions into production. **Key requirements:** * Strong Python skills. * Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: **TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn**. * Solid knowledge of **recommender systems** and **learning-to-rank** techniques. * Experience evaluating models using metrics such as **Precision@K** and **NDCG**. * Experience working with production ML systems.
