This is your chance to join a project where conscious food and specialty coffee make the difference, in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in Zona Minerva. **About the Team:** You will work directly alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a small and agile team, where organization, initiative, and collaboration are essential. **Responsibilities:** * **Support daily operations:** Execute preparations following established quality standards and timeframes. * **Mise en place:** Prepare ingredients and workstations before each service. * **Cooking:** Actively participate in dish preparation, ensuring presentation and flavor, as well as in producing our recipes. * **Quality control:** Verify that all dishes meet quality, consistency, and presentation requirements. * **Cleaning and organization:** Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. * **Kitchen team support:** Collaborate on implementing process and menu improvements. * **Supply management:** Assist with inventory control, storage, and product rotation. * **Handling unexpected situations:** Act proactively to address any operational needs during service. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as "Cook A" or "Sous Chef". * Knowledge of or interest in contemporary healthy cuisine. * Proficiency in both cold and hot kitchen stations. * Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions. * Initiative, responsibility, and positive attitude. * Excellent punctuality and cleanliness. * Commitment to sustainability and efficient use of ingredients. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment * Statutory benefits * Tip sharing * Daily meal * Free coffee and beverages * Immersion into the world of specialty coffee If you wish to grow professionally in an environment of respect, creativity, and passion for gastronomy, please send your CV via WhatsApp to: **833 366 6348** We look forward to welcoming you at Gúru Rim Café!
