Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employment Type** Confianza**Job Objective** Develop and apply advanced data analysis methods to ensure that Grupo PiSA’s quality, process, and business indicators facilitate timely and appropriate decision-making, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Collect, clean, and process large volumes of data from diverse sources. * Identify data sources such as internal databases, CRM systems, SAP, business-impacting websites, social media platforms, and others as needed. * Establish data extraction methods—such as APIs, scripts, etc.—to retrieve data from their origin. * Ensure security and compliance by implementing access controls, encryption, and data privacy protocols. * Detect and correct errors—including missing values, outliers, duplicates, format inconsistencies—and verify data accuracy and integrity to ensure completeness. * Normalize and transform raw data into consistent, usable formats for grouping, summarization, and derivation of new data variables. * Prepare data for analysis by selecting relevant features, encoding categorical variables, and creating training and test datasets. * Apply advanced data analysis and machine learning techniques. * Build and validate models that identify patterns, outliers, and trends in data—such as linear, seasonal, or cyclical trends. * Interpret and implement statistical analyses: evaluate the statistical significance of results and draw informed conclusions. * Develop machine learning algorithms—or select appropriate ones—for specific tasks, such as classification, regression, or clustering. * Develop and apply descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models for forecasting. * Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences using data visualizations. Experience * 3 years in Data Management and Information Analysis * 3 years in Development and Monitoring of Business Indicators (Database Management, Reporting, Dashboards) * 3 years in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Process Implementation * 3 years in Visualization and Reporting Development (Creation and Automation of Visuals Using BI Tools) * 2 years in Advanced-Level Programming Languages (Python / R / SQL) * 2 years in Implementation of Advanced Data Analysis Models (Application of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Advanced Statistical Techniques) * 2 years in Development of Complex Data Systems (Data Warehouses, Data Lakes): Design and Implementation of Data Architectures Knowledge * Advanced Excel (charts, pivot tables, macros, advanced logical formulas) * Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI preferred; Tableau, QlikView, etc.) * Database Programming Tools (R/Python), advanced level * Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling Techniques: Implementation and Validation of Predictive and Prescriptive Models * Advanced English (Business) Education Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science or Information Systems**Complementary Profile** * Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry * Business Indicators * Machine Learning, Deep Learning b.
