Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator/Community Manager to drive our digital presence and strengthen community engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Participates in digital campaigns and collaborates in a dynamic environment. **Position: Content Creator / Community Manager** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Base Salary:** $16,402 monthly \+ $2,600 performance bonus **Job Description:** A market-leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a creative, proactive, and highly strategic Content Creator/Community Manager to enhance our digital presence and strengthen connections with our social media community. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing digital platform content aligned with brand objectives to foster a strong and engaged community. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, create, and schedule social media content. * Monitor and respond to social media interactions. * Implement organic growth and brand positioning strategies. * Analyze results using tools such as Google Analytics and deliver reports. * Coordinate digital campaigns and collaborate with other marketing teams. * Support graphic material creation using Photoshop or other tools. * Manage and schedule posts via Hootsuite or other platforms. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Proven experience of **3 to 5 years** in social media management. * Proficiency in: * **Photoshop** * **Google Analytics** * **Hootsuite** * Canva * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Social media content management expertise. * Creativity, analytical ability, and strategic mindset. **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$16,402.00** * Performance bonus: **$1,900.00** * Professional growth within a continuously evolving company * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Full statutory benefits (100% employer-contributed) * Ongoing training * Subsidized cafeteria * And more. **Join our team and contribute to the growth of an expanding brand—where your ideas and strategies truly make a difference.**
