Marca Líder Fitness is looking for an Assistant to cover Reception\-Sales. Location: Inside PLAZA ACUEDUCTO. Requirements: * Experience in target-based sales and customer service. * Completed high school education. * Availability to rotate shifts across a full week. * Service-oriented attitude. * Strong verbal communication skills and organizational ability. * Experience in personnel management. Responsibilities: * Provide information regarding membership sales, promotions, and services. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Register new members in the internal system. * Support club administration according to brand-established criteria and parameters. * Manage social media accounts. * Supervise daily operational tasks at the club. * Attend to club members (provide information, promotions, sell customized training packages, resolve inquiries, and receive complaints or suggestions). * Assist with administrative activities at the unit. * Promote club culture. * Handle membership transfers and cancellations. * Send announcements via email. * Supervise and ensure proper collection of membership fees and maintenance dues. * Responsible for general order and cleanliness of the club.
