Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to support accounting and payroll management, ensuring tax compliance and efficient operations in a collaborative environment. Key Highlights: 1. CFDI review and control, accounting journal entry registration, and expense recording. 2. Payroll calculation and processing, incident management, and SUA/IDSE handling. 3. Operational support to the payroll department and supervisor assistance. 'PARE DE OCCIDENTE' is a leading company in parking management in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Main Responsibilities: • Review, validation, and control of CFDIs according to current tax requirements. • Registration and entry of accounting journal entries (expenditures and payroll). • Review and recording of expenses, reimbursements, and travel allowances. • Application of payments to suppliers. • Accounts payable control and follow-up. • Integration and reconciliation of accounting accounts. • Weekly and daily payroll calculation and processing. • Incident management: absences, tardiness, overtime, etc. • SUA, IDSE management, and compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. • Payroll stamping and CFDI control. • Supervisor assistance regarding payroll inquiries. • Report generation and operational support to the payroll department. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. • Experience in accounting and payroll processes. • Proficiency in accounting systems (Odoo, Worteam, or similar preferred). • Organizational skills, process follow-up, and teamwork ability. Compensation and Additional Benefits Nominal monthly salary of $19,000 (paid biweekly). Monthly food vouchers worth $1,138. Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (30-day bonus, 10% savings fund, and 50% vacation premium). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
