Handle external and internal audits related to the area within the corporate office and coordinate with internal audit on matters concerning culture and human capital management at airports. Prepare and manage payroll processes for GAP personnel. Review and validate payroll tax calculations. Manage IMSS registrations, terminations, and modifications for corporate employees and foundation personnel. Manage payment of employer-employee contributions for group companies. Manage payment of scholarships for interns. Manage payment for expatriates. Prepare and analyze area indicators (turnover, gender, among others). Carry out and monitor the fiscal stamping process of payroll. Carry out the annual payroll closing calculation process. Support and monitor payroll budget management. Perform quarterly payroll reconciliations. Support the administration process of the Human Capital ERP.
