REQUIREMENTS: * Education: High school diploma (preferred). * Flexible availability of working hours * Age between 20 and 45 years old * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales * Habitual reading practice FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS * Customer service and advisory support for book and product selection. * Sales promotion and achievement of established goals. * Shelving, restocking, and organizing merchandise. * Maintaining a clean and organized work area. * Customer service. * Basic sales techniques. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Organization and responsibility. * Service-oriented attitude.
