If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- The **Product Technician** will be located in **North Guadalajara.** **Here are some examples of activities you will perform:** * 5 NPI runs per week * Support for configuring new revisions and/or models in Flex Flow * Weekly metrics reporting * Tracking of FAI/NPI runs * Tracking and implementation of engineering changes * Analysis of materials returned by WO * Support for FF configuration * Production line support tickets * Review of discrepant materials in Incoming/Receipt **Essential Skills for this Role:** * Completed Technical Degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Technician * Basic Office skills * Interpretation of technical drawings * PC proficiency * Measuring instruments (caliper, multimeter, etc.) * FlexFlow configuration (routes, stations, new revisions, etc.) * Label creation and configuration * Basic English (preferred). **Desirable Skills for this Role:** * Teamwork * Strong verbal and written communication * ECO/Deviation/RFA process in Agile * BaaN system proficiency **Here are some examples of our benefits:** * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Year-end bonus * Vacation bonus * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Transportation. * Subsidized cafeteria. **Job Category** ---------------- Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
