Passion for fieldwork and negotiations **Senior Litigation Associate –** **Join a firm with over 50 years of experience**, with more than 100 affiliated attorneys and collaborators trained under quality standards, information security protocols, and technical competencies that guarantee results and client satisfaction. **Location:** 5 minutes from Plaza Patria, Zapopan, Jalisco **Requirements:** ✔️ Law degree candidate (internship stage) ✔️ **Minimum 4 years of experience** in civil and commercial litigation ✔️ **At least 2 years of experience managing personnel** ✔️ **Willingness and ability to travel** (Mandatory) Personal vehicle preferred ✔️ Passion for fieldwork and negotiations **Responsibilities:** * Prepare for and supervise the conduct of hearings * Provide technical and legal support in tracking lawsuits * Ensure portfolio cleanup * Deliver appropriate customer service and achieve results * Supervise the quality of service of process and asset seizure procedures * Guarantee proper preservation of judicial actions within case files **What We Offer:** **Base Salary:** (commensurate with knowledge and experience) \+ Recovery and performance bonuses (**up to 15% of base salary**) **Professional and economic growth** **Major Medical Expense Insurance, Life Insurance, and Savings Plan** **Mobile device and laptop** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday
