Opportunity for professional development in high-level projects **Job Description:** We are seeking a Bilingual Supervisor responsible for coordinating and leading security teams during large-scale events, ensuring order, proper access operations, and risk prevention, while consistently providing professional assistance to attendees. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ongoing supervision and training of staff * Coordination of access control, ticketing, and entry management * Queue management and attendee assistance * Identification and prevention of risks within the event venue * Supervision of protocols, instructions, and operational patrols * Preparation of incident reports and documentation **Requirements:** * Conversational English (mandatory) * Experience in security for large-scale events * Leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills * Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) * Knowledge of security protocols and risk assessment **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$16,000 to $18,000** * Project-based employment (approx. 60 days) * Transportation, accommodation (if you are FROM OUT OF TOWN), and meal support * Complimentary uniform * Opportunity for professional development in high-level projects **Location:** Area near Metro Auditorio, CDMX Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Complimentary beverages * Medical expense insurance * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
