Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Position Objective** Ensure the proper execution, supervision, and delivery of real estate construction projects, complying with quality standards, current regulations, established deadlines, and assigned budgets, aligning technical operations with the strategic guidelines defined by the department. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise the technical and operational execution of construction projects. * Manage material, human, and financial resources for construction projects. * Ensure operational alignment of projects with strategic objectives defined by Management. * Carry out activities related to personnel management. **Experience** * 5 years. Supervision and management of medium or large-scale construction projects. * 5 years. Control of schedules, costs, quality, and regulations. **Knowledge** * Construction regulations and legislation. * Reading of blueprints and specifications. * Contract and supplier administration. * Software proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit, construction ERP, or similar. * Real estate projects under corporate standards or national/international expansion. (Desirable) **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. **Other Requirements** * Availability to travel once a month. * Valid driver's license.
