




**Position:** Administrative Assistant **Area:** Administration / Operations **Reports to:** Administrative Manager **Job Objective:** Provide support in administrative and operational tasks of the organization, ensuring order, control, and efficient flow of information, as well as the proper execution of internal administrative processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and file physical and digital documents. * Prepare reports, official letters, correspondence, and other administrative documents. * Monitor and track payments, invoices, vouchers, and receipts. * Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and internal requests. * Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, or work agendas. * Support the human resources department in managing employee records and attendance tracking. * Maintain updated records and databases. * Assist in organizing events, meetings, or administrative activities. **Required Profile:** * Education: Completed high school or technical/administrative program (preferably university studies). * Experience: 6 months – 1 year in a similar position (desirable). * Proficiency in Office suite and email applications. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Confidentiality and professional ethics.
