Your role will be to support the accounts receivable and accounting departments through reconciliation, validation, follow-up, and administrative-financial control, ensuring reliable information, a healthy accounts receivable portfolio, and appropriate cash flow.
We are looking for someone with a **partial undergraduate degree and/or technical specialization** in Administration, Accounting, or related fields, plus 2 years of general work experience.
Your **key responsibilities** include:
* Sending and explaining account statements to customers.
* Validating correct application of deposits.
* Tracking and controlling credit memos.
* Reviewing and reconciling store collections for submission to accounting.
* Analyzing and following up on collection discrepancies.
* Supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
* Preparing and validating customer account statements.
* Verifying and reconciling customer balances.
* Ensuring cash customers do not carry outstanding balances.
* Organizing and maintaining the collections filing system.
* Assisting in cash flow preparation.
* Validating balances at month-end, ensuring no outstanding balances exist for assigned customers.
* Supporting activities related to the accounting close process.
**Essential Knowledge:**
* Cash flow management (inflows, outflows, and basic forecasting).
* Bank reconciliations and movement tracking.
* Accounts payable and receivable (tracking, payment application, balance control).
* Identification and recording of financial transactions (transfers, deposits, commissions, etc.).
* Basic invoicing and its relationship with revenue/collections.
* Balance control and validation of financial information.
**We Offer:**
* Gross monthly salary of $12,000.00
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
