We are seeking a **Risk Analysis Manager**, analytical-minded and results-oriented, capable of transforming information into sound and timely decisions. Lead the presentation of transactions to the Credit Committee, supporting decision-making through robust financial analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation proposals. Analyze and structure guarantees, loan-to-value ratios, and credit terms, ensuring their viability and alignment with internal policies. Lead, coordinate, and develop the risk team, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality analysis. What profile are we looking for? Proven experience as a Risk or Credit Manager within financial institutions, specifically in banking, SOFOMs, or similar entities. Experience in financial analysis of companies across various sectors for corporate lending purposes. Background in Finance, Financial Administration, or Systems. Knowledge of risk analysis, financial mathematics, and real estate guarantees. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
