This opportunity may be for you. **Position Objective:** Monitor, supervise, and optimize central telecom operations, ensuring compliance with KPIs, timely incident response, and proper resource management to guarantee operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervision of operations and field technician follow-up Coordination of incidents, escalations, and fault resolution Monitoring of work crews for compliance with operational KPIs (productivity, response times, quality) Report management, performance analysis, and continuous improvement Personnel administration, resource management, and process compliance Ongoing communication with operational departments and internal clients. **Required Profile:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Telecommunications, Systems, Industrial, or related field) Experience in operational coordination or telecommunications Personnel management and team leadership skills Proficiency in Excel / reporting / KPIs Analytical ability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Flexible availability **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $15,000\.00 MXN (net) * Variable bonus based on KPIs up to $6,000\.00 MXN * Statutory benefits * Professional development * Excellent work environment * Growth opportunities Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $21,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Support for professional development * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
