If you are a person passionate about service, who works well in teams, enjoys continuous learning and discipline, ***This is a great opportunity!*** **INTERNAL AUDITOR** **How can you join our team?** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, * Proficiency in data analysis tools, * Knowledge and application of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs) and Mexican Auditing Standards (NIAs), * 2–3 years of experience in related positions. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Collaborate, execute, and actively follow up on the compliance audit program within the established scope, identifying regulatory, legal, and statutory non-compliances, as well as high-impact opportunity areas for any department across group companies. * Execute the work plan focused on assurance of accounting figures and legal and regulatory compliance supporting the group’s financial statements. * Prepare and present the Internal Audit Report, incorporating findings and following up on observations with department heads and process owners. * Clearly identify and communicate high-impact opportunity areas and regulatory, legal, and statutory risks. * Foster synergy across all departments to ensure implementation of remediation actions arising from audits. * Manage team members and allocated resources (talent and budget) under your supervision, supporting their professional development by identifying improvement opportunities and managing team competency development. **We offer:** * Job stability, * Professional growth, * Cafeteria, medical, and nutritional services, * Statutory benefits, * Profit-sharing, store discounts, and savings fund, * Direct employment with the company.
