If you are a person passionate about service, who works well in teams, enjoys continuous learning and discipline. ***This is a great opportunity!*** **Category Coordinator** **How can you join our team?** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Administration, Market Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in category analysis, procurement, business intelligence, or commercial areas (minimum 4 years). * Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis tools; Tableau / Power BI preferred. * Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills. * Ability to coordinate across departments and work collaboratively. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Evaluate the commercial catalog to identify growth opportunities, inventory reduction, or introduction of new products based on consumer trends. * Prepare reports and dashboards with key performance indicators for decision-making. * Coordinate with the marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure proper in-store product display, focusing on increasing profitability, optimizing inventory turnover, and reducing shrinkage. * Forecast sales and calculate profit per square meter at points of sale. * Assess the impact of changes in assortment, pricing, and promotions on company results. * Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and operations teams to execute commercial strategies. * Present category performance reports to management and propose action plans. **We offer:** * Job stability * Professional growth * Statutory benefits * Profit-sharing, store discounts, and savings fund * Direct employment by the company Position type: Full-time Salary: Up to $48,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounted cafeteria service Application question(s): * What types of categories have you managed (retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, etc.)? * What is your desired monthly gross salary? * How many years have you specifically worked in category management or analysis?
