This position is ideal for someone who combines technical knowledge, practical judgment, and operational leadership. ### **What will you do?** * Execute complete infrastructure projects in the field (from site survey to delivery). * Installation of structured cabling (copper and fiber optic). * Fiber splicing and fusion. * Installation and organization of racks and cabinets. * Physical installation of switches and firewalls (without advanced programming). * Installation of video surveillance systems (NVR/DVR), alarm systems, and access control systems. * Implementation of point-to-point wireless links. * Basic network configuration (static IP, DHCP, WiFi). * Preparation of technical reports and basic diagrams. ### **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field (or technical diploma with solid experience). * Minimum 23 years of experience in field installations. * Demonstrable experience in structured cabling and fiber optics. * Proficiency with installation tools. * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive. * Ability to resolve on-site technical emergencies. ### **We Offer** * **$15,000 to $20,000 net monthly.** * Statutory benefits. * **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.** * Diverse projects and real technical challenges. * Technical autonomy and field leadership. **Desired education level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Telecommunications *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=699f2bb0410000300038140c&source=indeed
